The first thing we need to do is to find out the names of the owners of the treatment facilities and or board members and then I have a Louisiana page to lookup campaign contributors i think that’s the easiest way

should we pass all of this along to mac or some other AKA official once we have something concrete? I can do that if no one else wants to but we need to keep them in the loop, assuming I'm not talking to someone with them right now

I can give you names of Treatment centers in Jackson Mississippi. These are output though, one for sure does both methadone and Suboxone. That's the one that I know charges $360 per month (roughly it might be more if there's 31 days)

When we find it, we'll pass it onto the AKA so they can inform whoever needs to be informed so these bans can be undone.

So how does this work? We find corruption, we bring it up at a board meeting, and then they vote on whether to undo the ban? So what happens if they vote not to?

Ideally we find pharma companies and rehab programs that contribute. Or even better, a familial relation between a candidate and a pharma company (aka Bob Jones son works for Pain Med Pharma) type stuff

what were the penalties for violation? Misdemeanor offense, some monetary fine, some small amount, usually 6 months or less, jail time? That directly involves the prison system since they get subcidies for each inmate, and that money comes from somewhere. That's my ammaeture picture of how things work anyway

It's super dependent on the area. And unfortunately while the sheriff may have recommended the ban it was the board who passed it. So we're going to have to do this for like 8 members.

Well to payoff a public official for personal gain is an ethics violation and could have him removed. In Kentucky I ran for jailer this last election but I dropped out bc some stuff came up and I was blackmailed like no joke they found some stuff on someone real close to me. I read ethics violations inside and out so I def do 100% know that influence of law for personal gain is a major violation however we have to prove it, but these people shit their pants on ethics investigations bc that’s when the WHOLE can of worms gets open.

I hope we don't have to dig into the department of health, because that's likely to be harder. If their report clearly states no clear scientific proof yet they want to ban anyway, something fishy is going on there

The issue with DOH is simply, "we don't understand it so it should be banned" and that's not really a strong argument

maybe not, but with these county scherifs supporting them it might be at least a little harder for us to fight.

I'll vote not, but only because who's going to pay for that, and it might take a lot longer. Plus it gives the opposition time to prepare and bring lots of really official looking FDA info, and juries are easily swayed in favor of the system even I know that much

I haven't read the book, but I've seen documentaries that quote that book. The fact that Charles Manson was a talented musician that played with some big bands and seemed like a fairly normal guy for the time, ends up in prison right at the same time the CIA was conducting MK Ultra experiments with prisoners, comes out of prison a complete nut job, and is being sold "LSD" by a documented CiA agent really makes you wonder lol.
